How I Became A Sudoku "Expert"

... and made a website about Sudoku.

Hi, my name is Larry. I'm the Sudoku "expert" behind this website. Well, at least a few site visitor's think I am an "expert"! You know what an expert is, just someone who knows a little bit more than yourself.

The truth be known, I'm just an average aging baby boomer, who was kicked out of the corporate world through no fault of my own. I now work from home, earning income from my hobby.

Many people envy my lifestyle. After all, I don't have to fight the traffic going to work on a cold and snowy day.

I can pick the hours I "work" at Sudoku. If I need to take some time off, I don't have to ask for my boss's permission. I just go and do what I need to do.

And if the steelhead (a rainbow trout) are running, you can find me fishing for them mid-week without the weekend crowds.

What freedom!

Life has it's problems for everyone. It is how we adjust to life's trials that determine our outcome in this life.

A few years ago I found myself unemployed through no fault of my own. Perhaps you have experienced, or know someone who has experienced, the trauma that comes from losing your job.

I didn't have a lot of money. The bills are still coming in. Fortunately my wife still had her job. At least we could put food on the table and pay the mortgage. But we were living pay check to pay check.

My biggest dream was to earn money online!. I had tried in the past and was a dismal failure.

I could build a simple website. But I had no idea how to get free traffic. Without website traffic, I didn't have an online business.

Advertising my website was expensive. Sales were few and far between.

I was discouraged, but not beaten! I knew that it was possible to make a living working from home, online! I was determined to find the solution, so I could enjoy the lifestyle I always wanted.
